About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and diligent individual to join our lab team
What will you be doing:
• Support the team from design and development stages, through manufacturing and system integration.
• Building of testing setups, cables, and mechanical assemblies.
• Maintenance and support of Infrastructure and storage areas
• Work with raw materials (metal, plastics, composites, etc.) to fabricate mechanical parts.
• Operate machining tools such as lathes, mills, saws and power tools.
• Troubleshooting of problems and failures in existing setups.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following industry best practices
• Work independently, exhibit “Rosh Gadol”, be a hands-on team player and exhibit a strong can-do attitude.
Education: Certified mechanical/electrical practical engineer or technician - A must.
7+ years of practical experience in a mechanical workshop or manufacturing setting – A must.
Able to read, understand, and follow mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.
Experience in working with milling machines, lathes saw and power tools.
Experience in 3d printing.
Experience with assembly procedures such as helicoil insertion, working with adhesives and electrical insulation
· Familiar with safety instructions, regulations and experience in maintaining an organized work environment following industry practice safety instructions.

Advantages
Familiarity with vacuum systems and interfaces (CF,KF,ISO..)
Familiarity with composites and working with vacuum resin impregnation processes.
Experience with CNC programming is an advantage.
· Experience with power electronics, pulsed power and/or high voltage.
