Advisory Team
Building a new energy category requires more than scientific innovation. nT-Tao’s advisors bring together deep expertise in plasma physics, fusion engineering, energy systems, investment, industry, and public policy, helping us navigate the scientific, commercial, and strategic challenges on the path to compact fusion power.

Scientific Advisory Board
Prof. Stewart C. Prager
Professor Emeritus of Astrophysical Sciences at Princeton University and former Director of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. A leading authority on magnetic confinement and plasma self-organization, he previously directed the Madison Symmetric Torus program and has held senior leadership roles across the U.S. fusion research community.
Prof. Jonathan Wurtele
Emeritus Professor of Physics. Former Faculty Senior Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research spans plasma and beam physics, particle accelerators, free-electron lasers, and antihydrogen, connecting fundamental plasma science with advanced experimental and computational systems.
Dr. Ilan Be’ery
A plasma physicist whose research at Rafael Plasma Laboratory and the Technion has focused on magnetic-mirror confinement, pulsed-power systems, and the active stabilization of plasma instabilities. His work also explores advanced multi-mirror methods for reducing particle losses in fusion-relevant plasmas.
Dr. Amnon Fisher
An experimental plasma physicist with extensive expertise in high-energy-density plasmas, pulsed-power experiments, magnetic-field diagnostics, and high-power microwave interactions.
He is a consultant with the Weizmann Institute of Science and has also conducted research at the Technion.
Strategic Advisory Board
Dr. Tal Cohen
A serial entrepreneur, investor, and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling companies. He is the founder and General Partner of Next Gear Ventures and co-founder of Drive TLV and Drive Europe. Previously, he served as an adjunct associate professor in Georgia Tech’s College of Computing. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Dr. Eyal Hulata
A physicist and national-security executive who served as Israel’s National Security Advisor and Head of the National Security Council from 2021 to 2023. He previously held senior national-security and technology roles for more than two decades and holds a PhD in physics and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
Keishin Sasaki
Founder, President and CEO of e-solutions, Inc., a Japanese strategic consulting and business-development company. Before establishing e-solutions in 1999, he held roles at NKK, Booz & Company, and SoftBank. His work spans carbon neutrality, smart cities, regional development, and long-term public-private initiatives.
Amir Livne
An energy-sector strategist and former Senior Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Structural Change at the Israel Electric Corporation. During more than two decades at IEC, he helped lead corporate strategy, business development, innovation, and major reforms within Israel’s electricity sector.
